Weekly Work Outs – Meet My Dogs!

I just added a few more pictures/videos to “The Moves” page.  And if you may notice my dogs making appearances because they are adorable like that.  So since they will be popping up from time to time (ooorr all the time) I figure you should get to know them 🙂

CIDER:  He was my first pup.  He is now a NINE  year old puppy.  For a smaller dog he has a BIG personality from an old man grump to a sweet cuddle bug.  He likes to hang out the most during my workouts so you’ll probably see him alot.

BENTLEY:  We resecued this big dog when he was a year and a half.  He’s a momma’s boy, a sissy, and LOVES to sleep.  So you’ll see him less because he’s usually in bed when I’m working out (and he’s afraid of whatever I’m doing)

TABATA! – 20 sec work. 10 sec rest. Each set 4 times

1 Minute Each – Three Times

Spider Push Up
Curtsy Lunge
T Push Up
Split Lunge
Overhead Press
Russian Twist


1 Minute Over the Mountain
15 Rt Split Lunge
15 Lt Split Lunge

1 Minute High Knees
20 Rt Glute Bridge
20 Lt Glute Bridge

1 Minute Mountain Climber
25 Plie Squat
25 Sit-Ups

X 3


As Many Reps As Possible (AMRAP) in 25 Minutes

60 sec High Knees
30 Plie Squat
30 Cannon
45 sec Skaters
30 Glute Bridge
30 Knees to Elbows
30 sec Tuck Jump
