First off, I want to give you guys all a virtual high five!!!! We have made it to week 4 and I don’t know about you but I’m feeling great! You guys have made it past the hangover, wanting to kill.all.the.things, feeling like you couldn’t make it through your day without taking a nap, the day 8 and 9 bloat, the days when all you wanted were Twinkies and pizza, and we are finally in the home stretch!!! Are you guys feeling the Tiger Blood yet? It happens at different stages for everyone, but it definitely has for me. Even if you are just following along and making some of the recipes and doing Kristin’s workouts, I want to congratulate you for putting your health first and sticking with your New Year’s resolutions. Who is planning on carrying out these healthy habits past January? Because I know Kristin and I will and we would love to have some company 🙂
This boost to my immune system couldn’t have come at a better time. The flu is CRAZY this year and although tons of people around me have gotten horribly sick from it, Jon and I have evaded it so far! (Knock on wood!)
For this week’s meal plan, I am mixing things up a bit! These next few days coming up are notorious for food boredom! When you don’t want to look at another egg for breakfast and salads don’t sound very tasty (especially since it’s so damn cold out). So I included a non-eggy breakfast and a roasted veggie lunch that looks sooooo good! I don’t know about you, but roasting veggies is my favorite way to prep. You get tons of payout for very little work and time…sign me up!
